When you visit our offices, call by telephone or email to request services ( such as to arrange a viewing, apply for an occupation contract, sell your dwelling with us, make an offer to purchase a dwelling or to arrange a survey, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself, including your name, contact details and email address.
Any personal information collected will only be used to provide the requested service, including for instance obtaining references, and to enable us to fulfil our commitments to Clients. Personal information will never be sold or passed on to any third party for marketing purposes.
We need to use your personal information to comply with laws and regulations we are subject to.
What we do with the information we gather
We require information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We also require information to enable us to fulfill our obligations to Clients. The information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with regulatory requirements. It may be necessary to retain information for long periods of time -perhaps up to 15 years - to fulfil our obligations to Clients, Professional Bodies and our Professional Indemnity Insurers. We will therefore use the information to meet Contractual, Professional and Legal obligations and to perform our own legitimate business interests.
Our use of your personal information, for legal or regulatory purposes, is necessary to enable us to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations in relation to anti-money laundering regulations.

WWe will take all reasonable steps to keep your information secure. We will not retain your information on our systems for longer than is necessary. Where data is disposed of, it will be deleted if electronic, and if paper-based will be sent for incineration via a reputable contractor.
